Do you use your customer database effectively?

JRI Europe's CIDB (Client Information Database) is a multi-user customer information database. Information that is updated by one user can be accessed by all, which helps avoid multiple entry by users of the same information. You can also modify the access rights by individual user so that you can set for example, read only access, read/write.

When a customer moves office . . .
Wouldn't it be great if you could change all the addresses for different contacts for the customer all at once?
CIDB can change the addresses and reflect the changes for all contacts in that organisation. You can of course choose not to update individual addresses.

When you want to send an invitation . . .
Wouldn't it be convenient if you could list up all potential invitees and match them up to various factors?
With CIDB you can make a detailed search with multiple search criteria that includes items such as industry, location, past event participation as well as name and company.

After sending an event invitation, wouldn't it be useful to see who actually attended?
With CIDB you can centrally manage the sending, attendance, information requests. And with the built-in search features you can easily create lists of people who intend to attend.
